We have a fantastic opportunity to join the world's most broadly-based healthcare company supporting their business as a Customer Service Representative (Nordic Speaking). This is a full time ongoing temporary, working Monday to Thursday 8.00am - 4.00pm and Friday 8.00am - 3.30pm - 37 hours per week, paying £12.87 per hour (rising to £13.23 after 3 months). This role is currently based on their prestigious site in Wokingham, please note this role is hybrid currently working 3 days in the office and 2 days at home with flexibility required.If you are friendly, proactive and articulate, you'll feel right at home in this diverse and welcoming team.
If you have any experience in the medical, pharmaceutical or vision care sector, we would like to hear from you, although this is not essential.Responsibilities:This role is to support the Nordic markets (Sweden, Finland, Norway & Denmark), so you will be dealing with inbound calls only from healthcare customers.As the primary contact between the business and its customers, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent customer service with every interaction to ensure that every customer receives the same level of high service that you yourself would expect.Processing telephone orders, enquiries, complaints, and requests for informationArranging for returns and credits to customers' accountsProvide updates to customers and collect feedback on customer satisfactionManaging the relationship between stakeholders from all areas of the businessMaintaining corporate SLAs and individual KPIsResponding to email enquiries from customersMaintaining customer and product knowledgeRequirements:Preferred fluency in Finnish (other Nordic languages also considered - Swedish / Norwegian / Danish) with required proficient in English.Strong customer focusEffective communication skills in English - verbal and writtenExperience of working in a contact centre environmentAbility to work in a team environmentGood computer skills including data input and knowledge of Customer Relationship Management systems would be beneficialAbility to work in a fast-paced and busy environmentOrganisational, numerical and administrative skillsWillingness to take ownership of issues and resolve them when necessaryBenefits:On-site car parking and cycle storageConveniently located to public transport linksSubsidised on-site restaurantOn-site gym facilitiesEnhanced holiday allowance & Annual bonus scheme, subject to eligibilityTPBN1_UKTJ
