The brand is searching for a dynamic Marketing Director to lead the next phase of its growth journey—a high‑energy, founder‑led business with a strong digital customer base and an appetite for bold, creative marketing.
As Marketing Director, you will own the brand’s global marketing agenda—driving e‑commerce performance, elevating brand visibility, and building a world‑class customer experience. With a multi‑million budget, you’ll shape a distinctive, modern brand that resonates across markets and channels. You’ll lead a talented in‑house team and a network of agency partners to deliver exceptional, data‑led results.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a high‑impact, scalable marketing strategy aligned to ambitious growth targets.
* Own the e‑commerce P&L, accelerating acquisition, retention and subscription growth.
* Lead paid performance channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, affiliates) with a sharp focus on ROI.
* Build a consistent and compelling brand presence across all touchpoints—digital, retail, content, experiential, influencer partnerships and more.
* Develop and execute breakthrough brand campaigns to drive penetration and market awareness.
* Strengthen analytics, attribution, conversion‑rate optimisation, and marketing reporting.
* Mentor and scale the marketing team while driving best practices across all functions.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Operations and Finance to deliver unified commercial results.
About You
You’re an energetic, commercially minded marketer with deep experience in e‑commerce and brand building. You thrive in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environments and know how to pair creativity with data to deliver outsized results.
You will bring
* 10+ years’ experience in senior marketing roles, including leadership at Head of Marketing/Marketing Director level.
* Significant experience scaling D2C/e‑commerce brands—ideally in FMCG, wellness, nutrition, drinks or related sectors.
* Proven success building international brands and delivering high‑growth marketing strategies.
* Hands‑on performance marketing expertise and confidence managing multi‑million‑pound budgets.
* Strong leadership capability and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
* A balance of strategic vision and operational capability.
What Success Looks Like
Within 12 months, you’ll have delivered substantial e‑commerce growth, strengthened brand direction, increased ROAS, enhanced customer lifetime value, and established a marketing function operating at world‑class standard.
