• Managing strategic B2B client or partner relationships
• Owning and growing existing accounts (retention, upsell, expansion)
• Working directly with senior stakeholders
• Delivering against commercial and growth targets
• Acting as the face of a business to external partners
If you're purely sales-focused, junior, or admin-only in client management - this won't be a fit.
Required Background
• Proven experience in Strategic Partnerships, Key Account Management, or Client Partnerships
• Track record of growing revenue through existing relationships
• Confident presenting, influencing and advising senior stakeholders
• Experience working cross-functionally (marketing, operations, product, data)
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• This is a relationship-led, commercially accountable position
• You must be confident owning partnerships end-to-end
• Hybrid role with regular time in the office
• High visibility and accountability - ownership is expected

Partnership Ownership
• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic client and partner relationships
• Ensure outstanding service, retention and long-term value
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders
Commercial Growth
• Proactively identify upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities
• Use data and insight to drive performance and engagement
• Support new partnership opportunities alongside leadership
Collaboration & Delivery
• Work cross-functionally to deliver partner initiatives
• Ensure contractual obligations and service standards are met
• Represent the business at meetings and industry events
