Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and patient Tutors to provide personalised academic support to students across various age groups and educational levels. The successful candidate will assist learners in understanding subject material, developing study skills, and building confidence. Responsibilities
* Deliver customised tutoring sessions in designated subjects, adapting teaching methods to meet individual student needs
* Support students with homework, exam preparation, and coursework completion
* Develop engaging lesson plans and learning activities that promote active participation
* Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement
* Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that boosts student motivation and confidence
* Maintain clear communication with parents, guardians, or school staff regarding student development and challenges
* Stay informed about curriculum changes and incorporate relevant updates into tutoring sessions
Experience
* Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably with children or young learners
* Knowledge of special education needs and strategies for supporting diverse learning styles is desirable
* Strong communication skills to effectively convey concepts and motivate students
* Previous experience working with children is highly advantageous
* Ability to adapt teaching approaches based on individual learner requirements and abilities
