As a Partner Solutions Manager for Gaming in EMEA, you will manage a portfolio of strategic game developer partners. Your role will focus on supporting partners, solving challenges, and executing strategies that leverage the strengths of our gaming platforms.
You will act as a trusted advisor to top gaming partners, driving product adoption and ensuring the success of their titles. This role requires autonomy, problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate technical challenges to create long-term partnership value. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our platforms remain a leading destination for frictionless, social gaming experiences that foster player connections and community.
Responsibilities
* Identify and execute opportunities for strategic partners in EMEA.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence partner product development, from short-term feature requests to long-term strategic roadmaps.
* Represent the platform with confidence when engaging senior partner leadership.
* Lead all strategic matters related to key gaming partners in EMEA, including product adoption and growth across our family of apps.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve partner experience and ensure games are optimized for the platform.
* Gather market insights and analyze portfolio performance to provide recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
* 5+ years’ experience in gaming, technology, or account management.
* Proven ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy.
* Strong strategic acumen, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and communicate them effectively.
* Solid understanding of the gaming ecosystem, including business models, monetization, genres, and game economies.
* Demonstrated success working with cross-functional stakeholders internally and externally.
* Experience in partnerships or business development within the gaming industry is a strong plus.
