We are looking for two talented and creative Finance Manager to join our team on a freelance basis. If you are passionate about creating engaging content, have a flair for storytelling, and enjoy working remotely, we want to hear from you!
Tasks
* Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping, including managing accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations.
* Own monthly financial reporting and ensure timely and accurate record-keeping.
* Manage company payments, payroll coordination, and invoicing processes.
* Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors.
* Improve and maintain financial systems and controls as the company grows.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping roles.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
* Proficient with accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks) and Excel/Google Sheets.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
