About the Role: You will be responsible for delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum to a Reception class, creating a warm, engaging, and structured environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality, age-appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs Work closely with teaching assistants and the wider EYFS team Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support home-school collaboration What We're Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience teaching in Early Years, ideally in a Reception class A nurturing, enthusiastic, and reflective approach to teaching Strong communication and classroom management skills A valid DBS or willingness to obtain one Why Work with Monarch Education?
