The Role: International Trade Manager


Key Responsibilities

* Develop and deliver the international commercial strategy, identifying new markets, customers, and regions to drive revenue and distribution growth
* Build and manage strong relationships with global partners, acting as the main commercial contact
* Identify and unlock new distribution opportunities across countries, channels, and strategic partnerships
* Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, NPD, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth market execution
* Own forecasting and demand planning for international accounts, ensuring accurate stock and volume planning
* Ensure compliance with all international regulatory, labelling, and import/export requirements
* Maintain consistent brand positioning and customer experience across all markets


What We’re Looking For

* 3+ years’ experience in international sales, business development, or account management
* Proven track record of owning budgets and delivering revenue and profit targets
* Strong understanding of export processes, trade compliance, and international regulations
* Experience with Joint Business Planning (JBP) across retail or distribution partners
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
* A proactive, self-starting mindset suited to a fast-paced, high-growth environment
