We are looking to recruit a Head of Network Professional Services for a leading network consultancy and managed services provider.
This is a key leadership role with responsibility for setting technical direction, overseeing delivery quality, and leading a high-performing Professional Services engineering function. The role plays a critical part in ensuring complex customer solutions are designed, delivered, and transitioned to support to the highest possible standards.
The successful candidate will combine strong technical credibility with the ability to lead, mentor, and scale an engineering team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Define and execute the Professional Services engineering strategy, aligned to customer needs and business growth
2. Own technical standards, solution design quality, and delivery governance across all projects
3. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed technical and security standards
