About the role
As Brand Manager for London Essence, you will support the senior brand manager in the development and execution of the annual operating plan, and own the brand activation calendar with key customers. The role demands a highly driven individual with passion for social drinks, capable of inspiring stakeholders, creating breakthrough plans, and ensuring cohesive brand messaging and creative execution in market.
Role Responsibilities
* Brand Planning: Support the Senior Brand Manager to develop inspiring brand plans and execute the annual operating plan, implementing growth strategies across the premium mixers range.
* Customer Activation: Translate the AOP into exciting brand activation calendars and customer marketing plans, leading from development through implementation in partnership with account leads, customer media/marketing teams and relevant spirit partner brands.
* Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Support marketing, commercial and category counterparts to inspire stakeholders by championing London Essence’s vision and momentum.
* Partnerships lead (activation): Establish strong, collaborative relationships with key brand partners to co‑create scale partnership executions and seize new opportunities in channel.
Experience and Key Attributes
* FMCG brand activation experience, ideally with premium brands.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for cross‑functional collaboration.
* Strong presentation skills, delivering clear and compelling narratives to stakeholders.
* High levels of drive and ownership, ability to act with agility in a fast‑paced environment.
* Strong creative skills, eye for detail, flair for design desirable.
* Passion for social drinks, aligning with London Essence’s vision.
