About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated
Deputy Support Manager
to join our vibrant supported living service. You'll work closely with the Support Manager to lead a dedicated team, delivering exceptional, person-centred care to adults with learning disabilities in their own homes.

This is a key leadership role where you'll help ensure compliance, maintain high-quality service standards, and foster a positive, inclusive environment. You'll be a role model for excellent support, mentoring a diverse and enthusiastic team to achieve the very best outcomes for the people we support.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the day-to-day management of the service
* Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centred care
* Maintain compliance with regulatory and organisational standards
* Mentor and develop support staff, promoting best practices
* Contribute to a positive team culture and continuous service improvement

* Experience in a leadership role within supported living or adult social care
* Strong understanding of person-centred care and safeguarding
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A compassionate, proactive, and resilient approach to leadership

Although not essential, a driving licence and access to own vehicle are desirable for this role.
