What You’ll Do:
Patient Care: Prepare patients and rooms for examination and assist medical providers with exams.
Clinical Support: Perform routine lab tests, administer vaccines, and support the healthcare team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Patient Education: Educate patients on their care plans, preventive health, and wellness tips.
Administrative Duties: Maintain patient records, manage patient communication, coordinate lab testing, and manage inventory.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; MA certification a plus!
1 year nursing experience, family practice or community health preferred.
LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse, active Vermont license.
Excellent communication skills essential, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and a genuine commitment to patient-centered care.
