Compensation & Benefits
* Compensation Type: Fee‑for‑Service
* Retained Premium: 14%
* Retention Flat Fee: $21,696.00
* Recruitment Incentive: $20,000
* Relocation Funding: $9,000 for moves within BC, $12,000 within Canada, and $15,000 for moves from outside Canada
* May be eligible for additional remuneration under the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA)
