Care Act Assessment — Complete strengths‑based Care Act assessments and reviews for adults with learning disabilities, ensuring eligibility decisions are clear, person‑centred, and aligned with statutory duties and best‑practice LD approaches. Risk, Safeguarding & MCA — Manage safeguarding concerns, undertake Section 42 enquiries where required, apply the Mental Capacity Act in complex decision‑making, and develop proportionate risk‑management plans that promote safety and autonomy.
