Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop best in class standard processes for the use of a range of Procurement systems, including SAP and Ariba
2. Support the roll-out and optimisation of procurement systems and processes
3. Support and manage digital transformation projects from evaluation through to implementation
4. Provide engaging training to the global Procurement team for internal systems and processes
5. Monitor and measure performance vs compliance targets
6. Analyse critical procurement data to provide actionable insights and high-quality reporting
What you will ideally bring:
7. Strong IT skills and competent user of MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and SharePoint
8. Excellent analytical skills with Intermediate Excel as a minimum
9. Great communication skills with the confidence to deliver presentations
10. Hands-on Procurement experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment
11. Good working knowledge of Procurement systems, ideally SAP and/or Ariba
My client is open to considering applications from graduates with an interest in procurement and systems, or candidates with hands-on procurement experience who can evidence a process driven mindset and strong systems skills.
