We have very unique hotels in very special locations, from the award‑winning Gidleigh Park in Devon and the 900‑year‑old Amberley Castle to our cool city‑centre Abode Manchester, set in a 19th‑century textile factory, two minutes from Piccadilly train station. Our group offers an entertaining and inspiring experience for guests and staff alike.

Location
Located in the picturesque village of Amberley in the beautiful West Sussex countryside, Amberley Castle is a unique luxury hotel steeped in over 900 years of history. With 4 AA red stars and 3 AA rosettes, our castle gives our team the chance to work in quality and style.
We pay our team service charge each month—a pot that goes entirely to the team and is shared 100% of that service charge with all hotel staff. Service charge can be in the region of £300 a month (close to £3,600 a year) over and above base pay for a full‑time employee.
The hotel may also be able to offer off‑site staff accommodation in our two staff houses, within walking distance of the hotel, to help newest members relocate and settle into life in comfort.

Role Overview

* Understand the menu and advise guests as needed.
* Recruit the best staff for your team when new members are required.
* Train new staff to match the standards of our current team.

* Participate as needed in cross‑department teamwork.
We will always try to be fair with our rosters – we just ask that you can be flexible with us so we can be flexible with you in return.
