1. As Deputy Manager you will be working closely with the Practice Manager to lead and develop a large support team
2. This Practice is an Advanced Oral Health Centre having recently grown to 17 surgeries
3. The Practice offers a range of NHS and Private treatments including Implants, Facial Aesthetics, Teeth Whitening, Smile Makeovers, Invisalign, and many more! With huge potential for you to grow the private revenue even further
4. A fantastic practice to grow and develop into a future Practice Manager

Your future, your role
As a Deputy Practice Manager, you’ll be supporting the Practice Manager with:
12. Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
13. Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
14. Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
15. Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
16. You will enjoy being part of a team that’s passionate about caring for patients and helping the nation smile.
