We are looking for a Senior Administrator who will play a pivotal role in coordinating and supporting the day-to-day activities of a high-impact programme. This role is ideal for someone with excellent administrative skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Length: 6 month fixed term contract
Location: Newbridge
Salary: 29,250 pro rata
Hours: 2/3 days a week (flexible on days)
Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination
* Assist in planning and structuring programme rollout activities alongside the project team.
* Organise and coordinate site arrangements as needed.
* Support procurement processes, including ordering equipment under the guidance of the Programme Manager.
* Schedule and facilitate key meetings, including pre-start sessions and programme check-ins.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
* Manage meeting logistics, including sending invites and preparing agendas.
* Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and distribute them promptly to stakeholders.
* Contribute to the creation of review presentations by gathering data and designing visual content.
* Develop and maintain regular update presentations to track and communicate programme progress.
Reporting & Documentation
* Compile reports and other relevant documentation for review and reporting.
* Record and distribute notes from update meetings, ensuring key actions are captured.
* Maintain organised filing systems for quotations and related documents.
Operational Support
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Programme Manager and wider team as required.
What We're Looking For
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP (desirable).
