Are you passionate about the kitchen and love engaging with customers? ProCook is seeking a dedicated Sales Advisor to become part of our amazing team!
As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. You will help them find the perfect kitchenware while showcasing ProCook's excellent range of products.
This is a permanent, part-time position, 8hrs/week in our Bordon Store.
Your Responsibilities Include:
* Welcoming customers with a warm and friendly approach.
* Assisting shoppers in selecting kitchenware tailored to their needs.
* Demonstrating product features and benefits to enhance customer understanding.
* Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.
* Processing transactions and handling customer inquiries smoothly.
* Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent service.
A Day in the Life:
* Start your day by preparing the store for a busy shopping experience.
* Engage with customers, answering questions and offering guidance.
* Showcase the latest products and share your culinary knowledge.
* Ensure inventory is well-managed by monitoring stock levels.
* Contribute to a positive team atmosphere with collaboration and support.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
* Enthusiasm for customer service and a love for kitchenware.
* Previous experience in retail.
* A proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
* Comfortable using POS systems and technology.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
