What you will do:
* Lead and develop a team of business partner accountants.
* Be the voice of finance in the room - challenging, guiding, and supporting decisions that affect the bottom line.
* Run budgets, forecasts and planning cycles and keep people honest when actuals land.
* Own monthly management reporting not just the numbers, but the story behind them.
* Work with the Finance Director to tighten reporting, improve processes, and push better insights into the business.
What you'll look like:
1. You're qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and have been around long enough to know what good looks like.
