Responsibilities
* Define, implement, and lead test strategies for complex programmes, ensuring quality is built into every stage of delivery.
* Design and enhance automation frameworks with intelligent test generation, adaptive execution, and self‑healing capabilities.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to embed testing into CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.
* Use AI tools to generate test cases, enhance coverage, and drive smarter, data‑led testing decisions.
* Support and develop engineers and test leads, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and shared learning.
* Track test metrics and outcomes, demonstrating measurable value and driving continuous enhancement across engagements.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience in test engineering across multiple domains.
* Expertise in automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress).
* Strong coding/scripting skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
* Experience applying AI techniques such as intelligent test generation or defect prediction.
* Familiarity with performance, load, and security testing.
* Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps delivery models.
* Proven experience leading test teams or mentoring others.
* Knowledge of cloud testing (AWS, Azure, or hybrid environments).
* ISTQB Advanced certification and experience testing AI/ML systems (desirable).
