Overview
RG Consultancy are working with a reputable business based near Headingley, Leeds who are looking for a strong accounts administrator to join the team on a full time, permanent basis. This role is reporting into the financial director and will be joining a team of 3 within the department.
Job Purpose: The Accounts Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the finance and office teams, assisting with accounting, administrative, and admin/office duties to ensure the smooth running of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Process purchase ledger and sales ledger transactions
* Bank and credit card reconciliations
* Prepare and manage CIS invoices
* Assist with month end journals
* Perform data entry and general administrative tasks
* Order and manage office supplies, including stationery etc
* Provide general office support as required
Person Specification
* Experience working in an SME environment is essential
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Working Hours
* 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility on start and finish times
* 25 days holiday per year + bank holidays
