Vintage Clothing Assistant – Streaming & Kilo Sale Hub
Location: Southgate, Elland HX5 0PS
Pay: £12.21 per hour, paid weekly
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM – 5PM
Contract: Full-time, in-person role
We are Lynch Collective – an online vintage wholesaler and retailer supplying stock to resellers, stores, and customers all across the UK. A huge part of what we do comes from our streaming platforms, where thousands of buyers join live sales to secure premium vintage pieces. Our reputation in this space has been built on quality, speed, and consistency, and this role is central to maintaining that standard.
The Role
We're looking for someone to own and manage our vintage clothing streaming & kilo sale hub. This isn't just about showing up and doing tasks – it's about taking responsibility for the space and making sure every stream and every sale runs to the highest standard.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Prepping clothing for premium live streams – steaming, lint rolling, and carefully checking every item before it hits the rails. Our customers expect the very best from us, and it's why we have the reputation we do in the streaming space. You'll be the beating heart of this hub, taking stock from our main unit and turning it into rails ready for the night's streams. It's your job to make sure no marks or flaws slip through, and that every item looks its absolute best when shown on camera.
* Organising and managing the hub – keeping rails, stock areas, and workspaces tidy, efficient, and ready to go at all times.
* Packing and dispatching customer orders – once stock sells on Whatnot, Tilt, or other platforms, it's over to you to make sure every buyer gets exactly what they ordered, in perfect condition. That means carefully folding and packing clothing so it arrives looking professional, not just thrown in a bag. You'll print and attach the correct labels, double-check details against the system, and make sure parcels are ready for collection on time each day. This part of the role is about accuracy and pride – every order you send out is a reflection of the Lynch name, and customers trust us to deliver quickly, securely, and with the same level of quality they see on stream.
* Monitoring and updating stock levels – communicating clearly with other sites and team members so everyone is on the same page.
* Using digital tools effectively – WhatsApp is a key part of how our team communicates, so you'll need to use it professionally and consistently. You'll also need to navigate live streaming systems, platforms, and label-printing software confidently.
About You
We're not looking for someone to just "do the job" – we want someone who will take pride in owning this space and raising the bar every single day.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong time management skills – able to plan out your day effectively so streams, orders, and stock prep all run smoothly without last-minute rushing
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment without cracking under pressure, keeping accuracy high even when multiple tasks land at once
* A sharp eye for detail, especially when it comes to spotting marks, stains, or small flaws in vintage clothing that others might miss
* Someone who takes real pride in their work, ensuring every rail, every order, and every parcel reflects the Lynch standard
* Confident enough to speak up when something isn't right – whether a mistake has been made, a process isn't working, or the day isn't going to plan, you'll flag it early and help find a solution
* Open to feedback and development – willing to learn, adapt, and grow with the role rather than just doing the bare minimum
* Clear communication skills, keeping the wider team updated quickly and professionally, especially across multiple sites via WhatsApp
* Computer literate – comfortable using WhatsApp, printing systems, and live streaming platforms daily
If you already have a passion for vintage clothing and knowledge of tags (Nike, Adidas, Carhartt, Levi's, Ralph Lauren, etc.), this will be a great job for you – however, full training will be provided.
