The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in the US IT sector, you'll manage the full 360° recruitment cycle — from business development and client management through to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer management. You'll build deep relationships with clients and candidates across the United States, developing your own desk within our established and supportive environment.
Your day-to-day will include:
1. Developing and managing a portfolio of clients across the US IT market
2. Sourcing, engaging, and placing high-calibre technology professionals
3. Building lasting relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and C-suite stakeholders
4. Keeping a finger on the pulse of US tech hiring trends and salary benchmarks
5. Consistently hitting and exceeding billing targets with the support of a high-performance team
6. Collaborating with colleagues across multiple specialisms to deliver cross-functional solutions

What We're Looking For
14. Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the IT or technology sector
15. A track record of billings and consistent target achievement
16. Strong business development skills — you're a natural at building new relationships
17. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
18. An understanding of (or appetite to learn) the US market and its nuances
19. A resilient, self-motivated attitude with a team-player mindset
