The Role As the Corporate Tax Manager, you will report to the Senior Tax Manager and play a crucial role in fulfilling the corporate tax compliance obligations for the organization. You'll be at the forefront of identifying opportunities for process enhancement and risk mitigation. Key Responsibilities: Deliver tax compliance work, including the preparation of UK corporate tax returns and managing corporate tax payments. Handle claims and elections for UK entities within the group. Complete tax reporting under UK GAAP for statutory accounts. Manage monthly/quarterly tax accounting and reporting for group purposes. Support the senior accounting officer sign-off process. Assist with tax advisory special assignments on an ad hoc basis. Stay technically updated using resources like online publications.
