Job Description
Location: White Oak UK, Dee House, Lakeside Business Village, St. Davids Park, Ewloe.
We are looking for a Recruitment and Talent Advisor to join our HR team in our Head Office in Ewloe, Deeside in North Wales. Competitive annual salary of £27,000 (DOE).
This is a permanent position to work full time hours (35 hours per week). The successful candidate will work standard office hours Monday to Friday with hybrid working - 3 days from the office and 2 days at home. Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities
* Provide proactive end-to-end recruitment support to all resorts.
* Shortlist incoming applicants and manage candidate pipelines effectively.
* Conduct pre-screen interviews and assess candidate suitability.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews with Hiring Managers.
* Gather, track, and follow up on interview feedback.
* Build strong working relationships with Department Heads and Managers to understand hiring needs.
* Support wider HR activities and contribute to general administrative tasks as required.
* Promote job opportunities across social media channels to drive engagement and attract talent.
* Oversee the processing of agency invoices and responding to agency-related requests.
What We Are Looking For
* Proven experience in internal recruitment, HR shared service or agency recruiting.
* Strong sourcing skills with the ability to attract candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals).
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
* Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
* Experience gained within an in-house recruitment function.
* Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills.
* Skilled in behavioural/competency-based interviewing.
* A proactive mindset with a willingness to improve processes, drive efficiencies, and take ownership of strategic projects that enhance our talent and recruitment function.
* Experience using ATS systems (e.g., SeeMeHired, Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo).
* Solid understanding of employment law and recruitment compliance.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
* A driving licence is advantageous for travelling to and from resorts.

* The ability to manage own time to complete tasks in time of deadlines
Desired Criteria
* A driving licence and the ability to drive is an advantage to enable easy travel to and from the resort
* Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
