Salary: £30,969 per annum + bonus + benefits
Location: Advertised centrally; this role covers stores across Basingstoke, Reading, High Wycombe and Kingston upon Thames.
Please note: A full UK driving licence is required, as this role involves regular travel between stores.
Are you an ambitious and motivated retail professional ready to step into a management role? We are looking for a Relief Store Manager to join our growing team across Berkshire and Surrey. What you'll be doing:
* Supporting the day-to-day running of multiple stores
* Leading, coaching and motivating teams to deliver strong performance
* Delivering an excellent customer experience at all times
* Overseeing stock control, merchandising and store standards
* Driving sales, profitability and overall store performance
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety and company policies
What we're looking for:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A passion for retail and customer service
* Previous supervisory or management experience in retail
* A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and evenings
* A proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to adapt across different stores
