Office Location: Norfolk Lodge, Park Grange Road, Sheffield S2 3QF
Hours of Work: 30 hours per week / 5 days
Responsibilities:
* Work with the Office Manager to ensure all office, administrative, and finance functions of the charity are well managed.
* Deputise for the Office Manager as required.
Key Tasks:
* Provide a professional 'Front of House' service to address queries efficiently.
* Process and input accurate financial data using IT systems (SAGE).
* Manage suppliers and orders, including receipt of goods and stock control, in collaboration with the Office Manager and Domestic Team.
* Assist in managing health and safety in the premises.
* Support the management team with administrative tasks as needed.
* Reconcile financial information weekly.
* Collaborate with the Office Manager on payroll and HR systems.
Additional Requirements:
* Comply with organisational policies and procedures.
* Participate in team meetings, training, and events.
* Liaise professionally with colleagues.
* Contribute positively to Sheffield Mencap and Gateway's vision.
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £14 per hour
Type of Contract: Contract
Hours: 30 hours per week
Benefits include contributory pension, 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays, and health scheme after qualifying period.
