Please note: Due to the rural location of the site, having your own transport and a full driving licence is essential. Key Responsibilities As a Production Operative, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth manufacturing and packing processes. Duties will include: Operating production and bottling machinery safely and efficiently Monitoring product quality and carrying out visual checks Packing, palletising and labelling finished goods Loading and unloading materials for production Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment Following all site health & safety procedures Supporting general production tasks as required by the shift supervisor What We're Looking For Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Strong attention to detail Reliability and good timekeeping Willingness to learn and follow instruction Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Candidates with minimal experience will be fully trained.
