You will lead from the front in business development, setting the standard in client engagement, candidate management, and operational excellence.This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic oversight and personal billing capability.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive new business generation across Leicester and the surrounding areaDevelop and execute a clear sales strategy aligned with company objectivesBuild, maintain, and grow strong relationships with clients and candidatesEnsure fulfilment targets are consistently achieved across key accountsLead, mentor, and develop junior team members to maximise performanceMonitor branch KPIs, analyse sales data, and implement performance improvementsPrepare sales forecasts, set branch objectives, and report progress to the Senior Management Team - prepare and present a quarterly presentation at the managers meetingAttend networking events and actively represent the business within the local marketMaintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with company standardsAchieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targetsWhat We Are Looking ForMinimum 2 years experience as a Recruitment Branch Manager or Senior Consultant within the Leicester marketDemonstratable success in business development and revenue growthStrong background supplying into sectors such as Warehouse, Food Production, and LogisticsProven ability to exceed sales targets and drive branch profitabilityExcellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skillsCommercially focused with high levels of drive and ambitionFull UK driving licenceWhats in It for You?Competitive basic salary up to £40,000 (dep on experience)Uncapped bonus structure - OTE £10-20KCompany carBank holidays, 20 days annual leave plus birthday day offOption to purchase up to 5 additional days annual leaveClub Quest benefits packageAnnual company events including managers retreat and AGMOngoing training and professional developmentAbout UsEstablished in 1993, Quest Employment is one of the Midlands leading independent recruitment agencies, specialising in the Industrial, Commercial, and technical sectors.
