* Working with household names such as Honda, RAC, Abbott Labs and more.
* Develop and manage your own portfolio of clients and candidates
* Source, screen and place top candidates into roles
* Build strong, strategic relationships through business development and networking
* Provide expert advice to clients and candidates on hiring trends and career development
* Collaborate with a supportive, high‑performing team and work towards clear targets and KPIs
* Leverage Michael Page's extensive market insights and resources to enhance your recruitment success
Profile
* 12+ months experience within either recruitment (360 consultant) or an SDR role, with strong sales and business acumen, confident in Business Development
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commercial mindset
* Ambitious, resilient, and motivated by success and earning potential
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
* A proactive, team‑player attitude with a competitive edge
