You Will Be: Planning manufacturing and dispatch activities to ensure production stays ahead of schedule, with contingencies in place Working closely with the Customer Accounts Manager to align production capacity with customer demand Chairing regular production meetings to ensure teams are fully prepared for upcoming work Working with the Quality team to resolve issues and champion continuous improvement tools (5S, 8D, SIPOC, jigs & fixtures) Should You Apply?
