Aswe expand our team were looking for a dynamic and experiencedSocial Media and Content Creator to drive our online presencethrough effective and creative marketing campaigns whilst enhancingour brand visibility. As the Social Media and Content Creator youwill be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensivesocial media and communication strategy. You will play a key rolein building and maintaining brand awareness engaging our audienceand fostering a positive online reputation.

KeyResponsibilities:
* Develop and implement a cohesive social media andcommunication strategy aligned with the companys goals andvalues.
* Manage and curate content acrossvarious social media platforms (Facebook X LinkedIn Instagrametc.).
* Create engaging and shareable contentincluding graphics videos and written content.
* Monitor and analyse social media metrics to assess theeffectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
* Build and maintain relationships with influencers and keyindustry stakeholders.
* Respond promptly tocomments messages and inquiries on social mediaplatforms.
* Oversee the design and productionof marketing materials ensuring brand consistency.
* Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensuremessaging alignment and campaign support across all communicationchannels.
* Stay current with industry trendscompetitor activities and emerging social media tools and digitaltechnologies.
* Developing social mediastrategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customerengagement
* Analysing the longterm needs of thecompanys social media strategy and developing monthly reports tothe management and executive teams on any emerging social mediatrends outlining any necessary changes to the overall digitalmarketing plan
* Creating captivating contentfor an organisations social media sites which may include writingblogs articles posts and multimedia content.
* Setting measurable goals for campaigns measuring andshowing the Return on Investment(ROI)
Qualificationsand Skills:
* Bachelorsdegree in marketing social media communications or a relatedfield.
* Proven experience as a social mediamanager or similar role.
* Strong written andverbal communication skills.
* Proficient insocial media management tools and analytics.
* Creative thinker with an eye for design and visualaesthetics.
* Experience online reputationmanagement and crisis management.
* Ability towork independently and collaboratively in a fastpacedenvironment.
* Innovative thinking!
* Ideally experienced in Adobe Illustrator
