We arelooking for Legal CoOrdinator to provide a supportservice to a specialist team in order to ensure compliance and riskanalyst.
Thesuccessful Risk Analyst candidate will support and assist theongoing development implementation and embedding of a comprehensiveand proportionate risk management framework and risk culture acrossthe company ensuring compliance within thecompany
Tosupport the Legal Manager with the ongoing monitoring of the groupentity Risk Profiles by being involved with undertaking analysingand recording results of periodic risk and control assessmentsacross the group entities and escalation of exceptions to the LegalManager.
Tosupport the Legal Manager in the maintenance of an effectiveoperational loss incident management process by assisting with thecollation investigation and reporting of attempted theft and lossevents from the groupfleet.
Tomaintain an ongoing awareness of new and / or emerging risks to thebusiness and ensuring such information is shared with the ExecutiveManagement Team and that these risks are capturedappropriately.
Tomaintain an ongoing awareness of regulatory and industry riskmanagement developments and ensure that the Executive ManagementTeam informed and action is taken asnecessary.
Tosupport the Legal team by undertaking any adhoc risk managementprojects and activities as and when required by the LegalManager.
Therole will suit someone who has a degree of selfreliance as theywill be responsible for a specific set of tasks and preferably goodworking knowledge of the insurance industry but this is notessential.

* Chargebacksmanagement
* Create reviewperformance and edit riskawareness
* Serveas a focal point for all breach of compliance and risk awarenesswithin thefleet.
* Keepenhance and be accountable for the payments for motor fines and/oroffences
* Suggestand implement new measures to counter abuse of companypolicy
* Analyseuser Journey to ensure minimum friction to company out of hourspolicy.
* Managecommunications to the wider organisation on matters of compliance.Development / management of the ComplianceFramework.
* Measureperformance against all obligations and track gaps througheffective action plans andreporting.
* Trackmanage and fulfil actions across the business in full and on time.Management of Compliancedocumentation.
* Supportmanagement of the Risk and Controls Matrix ensuring owners for allrisks and agreed mitigations aredefined.
* Trackdevelopments share insight with executive management team andpropose adjustments whererequired.
* Developmanage and produce effective reporting MI and data analysis asrequired by team and widerbusiness.
* Leadand deliver compliance projects and investigate new technologies insupport of compliance and/or operational colleagues. Report andmake recommendations onfindings.
* Supportother functions and deliver required reporting into theBusiness
* Responsible forthe administration and handling of fines receivednationally
* Toaccurately assess all claims and respond to parties with concisedetailed information/documentation required to reject or givingfull explanation ofsettlement.
* Ensureall recovery aspects of fines are monitored recorded and amountsdue areobtained
* To accuratelyinput fines paymentsaccurately
* Examining dataand ensuring the accurate keeping ofrecords
* Receive andreview daily work load on the Internal System (traininggiven)
* ProvideLegal Guidance to area s of thebusiness.

What will you be doing?
