This is an Administration Assistant position supporting accounting department support day to day processing and maintenance of internal processeswithin multiple business divisions across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region from our office in South Woodham Ferrers, Essex. What will I do? Duties may include but are not limited to: Verification and processing of MUGEN payable and receivable WFs Issuance of invoices from MUGEN WFs and ensuring compliance with local legislation Clearing of incoming receipts to the bank and ensuring correct allocations Clearing of kokei (internal HQ) settlements and uploading documents to MiX system Sending remittance advice to vendors Maintaining and updating reporting spreadsheets Daily workload updates for management, including overtime requests Updating database reports using MUGEN WF search Storage and maintenance of auditing documentation in accordance with Data Protection Regulations. What skills do I need?
