The Role:

We a seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Apprentice to join our sales department. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to kick-start their career in sales. As a Sales Apprentice, you will work closely with our experienced Business Development Manager to learn the ins and outs of sales, customer communication, and gain a product knowledge in the heavy haulage and project engineering industry.

1. Learn about our products/services, target market, and sales strategies through comprehensive training sessions.
2. Assist Business Development Manager with prospecting, lead generation, and customer activities.
3. Shadow Business Development Manager with during client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to gain valuable hands-on experience.
4. Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential customers and address their needs.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to brainstorm innovative sales tactics and strategies.
6. Provide administrative support, including maintaining sales records, preparing reports, and managing CRM databases

Key Skills/Experience:

To join our team, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and abilities:

7. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
8. Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
9. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
10. Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills.
11. Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
