Graduate Site Engineer – 2026 Development Programme – Peterborough

What you’ll do:
* Assist with day‑to‑day site management, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
* Support setting out, surveying, and interpreting engineering drawings.
* Coordinate subcontractors, plant, and materials on site.
* Monitor progress, quality, and health & safety compliance.
* Assist with environmental management and sustainability targets.
* Work closely with Project Managers and Senior Engineers to solve technical challenges.
* Contribute to project reporting and stakeholder communication.
What you’ll bring to the role:
* Final‑year student or recent graduate with a background in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
* Strong interest in site‑based engineering and infrastructure delivery.
* Enthusiastic learner dedicated to personal and professional development, with a willingness to work toward professional qualifications or chartered status.
* Demonstrated interest in innovation, sustainability, and positive societal impact through collaborative teamwork and proactive problem‑solving.
* Driving licence or intent to obtain one within the first year, as visits to sites across the UK will be required.
