As an independent member of the referral program of a leading organization, we are posting to seek experienced non-medical care experts specializing in autism support to create structured guidance materials for families and caregivers. This content will support AI model testing and demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create detailed content on managing key autism-related challenges (e.g., sensory issues, meltdowns, nutrition, potty training).
* Develop guidance on childcare sourcing, sitter/nanny evaluation, and support systems for families.
* Document approaches to community rehabilitation and long-term housing planning for adults with autism.
* Provide expertise on parent support frameworks and family dynamics, including couples-support guidance.
* Ensure clarity and accuracy aligned with project standards.
You’re a strong fit if you have:
* 8+ years of experience as a social worker, parent coach, or autism-focused support leader.
* Proven experience advising families on common autism care challenges.
* Deep familiarity with daycare, childcare, and community service resources.
* Experience with housing and long-term planning for adults with special needs.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
