WORK PATTERN: HYBRID Role - On site 3 days min, rest remote; can fluctuate depending on work.
PAY RATE: £90/PER HOUR (Umbrella Inside IR35)

Essential:
1. Member of the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors (CIEHF)
2. Experience of the application of Human Factors in a Defence context including understanding of Defence Standards (eg 00-251).
3. Experience of Human Computer Interface Design, Specification and prototyping with tools such as AxureRP.
4. Conduct of core HF activities including task analysis, requirements development and user engagement as part of a Human Centred Design approach.
