Job Title: Senior Electrical Project Manager
Location: Projects across Scotland – Edinburgh, St Andrews, Forres, Fort William, Inverness, Nairn, and wider regions

Scope and Projects
You’ll play a major role across our pipeline of significant MEP projects delivered throughout Scotland. Some of these include:
* Nairn Academy – Passivhaus New‑Build Secondary School
* Edinburgh (public‑sector & education estate programmes)
* St Andrews (major institutional/education works)
* Forres & Fort William (regional construction and building‑services programmes)
* Other large‑scale BBK building services projects delivered across Scotland
Key Responsibilities
* Managing all electrical aspects of project scope, subcontractors and suppliers.
* Developing and maintaining project schedules, submittal logs and coordination drawings.
* Overseeing quality control, sustainability actions and loss‑prevention measures.
* Coordinating material delivery, procurement and technical compliance.
* Leading pre‑construction, progress and technical meetings.
* Ensuring accurate as‑built documentation and supporting commissioning/handovers.
Who We’re Looking For
* Strong background in Electrical or MEP Project Management in building‑services environments.
* Experience in delivering complex projects (education desirable).
* Ability to lead multi‑discipline teams and drive programme performance.
* Strong stakeholder and client‑facing communication skills.
* Commitment to quality, safety and technical excellence.
Flexibility & Travel
Our projects span the length and breadth of Scotland, so you must be comfortable travelling to multiple sites including Edinburgh, St Andrews, Forres, Fort William, Inverness and Nairn.
