Join Pandora’s team as a seasonal sales & operations assistant. You will be required to work Saturdays and Sundays. We are looking to cover 10-12 hours per week on a Fixed-Term Contract - 3 Months. The stores we are hiring for include Canterbury. The rate of pay is £12.60 per hour. The role
From Driving Sales To Ensuring Smooth Operations, you’ll be our Brand Ambassador who’s going to make the magic happen. You can choose and discuss your preference between two focus areas, with some crossover possible depending on day-to-day store needs.
Responsibilities
* Sales: Front-of-house excellence to surpass sales targets with effective techniques; personalised connections to bond with customers and understand their needs; master Pandora knowledge to deliver unforgettable customer experiences.
* Operations: Support behind-the-scenes activities to ensure a strong foundation for excellent customer service; preparing click-and-collect orders; manage deliveries, processing returns, and restocking shelves with fresh inventory; wrap gifts, engraving jewellery and loading gift cards.
Important stuff to note
* Contracts will end on 4th January 2026
* You must be available to work on key trading days throughout the duration of your contract, which will include weekends and peak season days such as Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day. We will distribute these days fairly and you won’t be required to work all of them during your contract.
* You will accrue annual leave in line with entitlement; however, during this busy period no annual leave will be approved.
