Salary: £26k – £30k per year (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-t ime
Holidays: 38 Days (Including UK bank holidays)
Working Arrangements: Hybrid Working (after probation), Flexible Working Hours (after probation)
Experience: 2-3 Years working in Digital Marketing (agency or in-house)

Key Responsibilities:
* Outline content improvements on client websites
* Conduct keyword research to guide content strategy
* Create user-focused content from scratch, covering all types of search intent
* Creation of content briefs for client approval
* Present research, briefs, and content to clients
* Support the Head of SEO in daily tasks
* Contribute to the growth of RedCore Digital and assist with internal marketing activities
Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience working on client-facing content creation projects in an agency role (essential)
* Proficient in WordPress (preferred)
* Strong understanding and knowledge of SEO principles (essential)
* Strong understanding of how content creation can impact digital marketing performance (essential)
* Background in writing with excellent organisational skills (essential)
* Creativity and problem-solving abilities (essential)
* Minimum of 2 years experience in the marketing industry (essential)
Tools & Software Proficiency:
* Tools: Excel, Word, G-Suite, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
* Admin: Monday.com, Gmail, Google Meet & Zoom
* Casual dress code
