As a Community Nurse, you will:
1. Assisting Patients with their Peritoneal Dialysis (PD).
2. Provide safe nursing care, including Peritoneal Dialysis, IV medication administration, and more.
3. Setting up patients automated PD machines.
4. Visiting patients to connect and disconnect them from their PD.
5. Monitoring of observations such as blood pressure and weight to ensure patient receives correct regime.
