Governors are looking to appoint a passionate, driven and experienced EYFS Phase Leader. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented practitioner with strong leadership potential and a passion for improving outcomes for all pupils.
Responsibilities: The successful candidate will play a key role in driving school improvement, raising pupil achievement, and ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning, and pastoral care.

* Experience of working in early years
* Good understanding of the Early Years Curriculum and Strong Foundations
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Ability to analyse and use data to improve outcomes
* A strong team work ethos, positive nature and a nurturing approach
* A willingness to be flexible and proactive
* A real passion for children and supporting their learning
