Sales Designer & Puzzle Solver – Fitted Bedrooms (Office-Based | Mansfield, Nottingham)

Perfect — you might just have the brain of a top Sales Designer. Even if you've never touched CAD software in your life, our 3-day training course will turn you into a design pro faster than you can say "wardrobe wizard."
We're looking for confident closers with a passion for interiors, a knack for people, and the ability to sell with style over face-to-face Zoom calls. No cold calling — just warm, pre-booked appointments with customers who actually want to talk to you. You must however be able to understand a sales process and be able to handle objections.

THE ROLE
* Position: Sales Designer – Office-Based
* Location: Mansfield, Nottingham
* Type: Full-Time, Permanent
* Salary: £24,000 basic + uncapped commission (£40K–£50K realistic OTE — top earners make even more)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Convert pre-booked appointments over Zoom (no awkward cold calls).
* Design gorgeous bedrooms with our CAD system (training provided).
* Ask great questions, uncover needs, and match customers with the perfect storage solution.
* Present layouts, interiors, and finishes like the design genius you'll become.
* Follow our proven sales process to turn "I'll think about it" into "Where do I sign?"
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* 3+ years in direct sales (sorry, retail shop floor doesn't count).
* A confident communicator who can inspire trust and action.
* Comfortable with tech — CRM systems, CAD, and general IT wizardry.
* Skilled in handling objections without breaking a sweat.
* Detail-oriented, upbeat, and allergic to missing targets.
* Available for rotating day shifts (10:30am/11am starts) and one Saturday morning from home every other week.
