Commercial Site Administrator - Inside IR35 Contract Belcan Workforce Solutions is recruiting for an experienced Commercial Site Administrator to join a long-term, high-profile infrastructure project. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a major on-site delivery team, supporting commercial and financial activities within a fast-paced construction environment. The Commercial Site Administrator role offers stability, clear scope, and the chance to build strong site-based experience on a flagship project. As a Commercial Site Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the site management team with accurate commercial administration and reporting. Working fully on site, Monday to Friday, you will ensure that financial processes, documentation, and cost tracking are maintained to a high standard, contributing directly to the smooth running of the project. Key responsibilities include managing purchase order trackers, commitments, forecasts and actuals, supporting the full invoice lifecycle, maintaining commercial documentation, and acting as a key point of contact for subcontractor invoice queries. You will also work closely with procurement, accounts payable, and operational teams to ensure alignment and compliance with site processes. Essential requirements include: Proven experience in a commercial or site administration role within a project or construction environment Strong Microsoft Excel skills; SAP experience is highly desirable Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of data Confident communication skills and a proactive, organised approach Contract details: Inside IR35 18-month contract Location: Able Seaton, Hartlepool 40 hours per week, fully on site, Monday to Friday £20 per hour PAYE or £27.33 per hour Umbrella Apply now to take the next step in your contract career with Belcan Workforce Solutions.
