Overview

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Financial Adviser to join our team. The successful candidate will provide expert financial advice, build strong client relationships, and help individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide tailored financial planning and investment advice in line with clients needs and objectives.

2. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service and support.

3. Conduct regular client reviews to assess financial circumstances and update strategies accordingly.

4. Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and professional connections.

5. Ensure all advice and recommendations comply with FCA regulations and company policies.

6. Prepare and present financial reports, recommendations, and cashflow planning when required.

7. Work collaboratively with paraplanners, administrators, and colleagues to deliver a seamless client experience.

Requirements

8. Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (minimum).

9. Chartered or progressing towards Chartered status (desirable).

10. Demonstrable experience as a Financial Adviser with a strong track record of success.

11. Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

12. Ability to generate and develop business opportunities.

13. Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, protection, and tax-efficient planning.
