Blue Arrow is recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor for a busy hospital in the Lanarkshire area. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a background in catering or hospitality.
Key Duties:
* Supervising and motivating the catering team
* Overseeing daily food service operations
* Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and health & safety standards
* Managing rotas and staff allocation
* Supporting stock control and ordering supplies
* Liaising with hospital departments to meet dietary requirements
* Training and mentoring catering assistants
* Maintaining cleanliness and service quality throughout
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a catering supervisory role (ideally in healthcare or similar environment)
* Valid PVG and Food Hygiene Certificate LVL 2 (we can assist with obtaining these)
* Strong communication and team leadership skills
* Flexible to work across a rotating shift pattern, including weekends
