Pharmacy Warehouse Administrator
Location Aldridge
Hours 10.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday
Pay 12.21 per hour
We are recruiting for a reliable and detail focused Pharmacy Warehouse Administrator to join our client’s warehouse team in Aldridge. This role requires previous experience within a pharmacy, dispensary, pharmaceutical warehouse, or a similar regulated environment. You will be responsible for accurately booking in stock, processing orders, and ensuring all products are handled in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
Order processing and stock management

Booking in wholesale and WDA deliveries accurately
*
Processing wholesale, pharmacy, and WDA orders
*
Checking batch numbers and expiry dates against delivery documentation
*
Updating stock levels and recording stock movements using internal systems
*
Liaising with internal teams to resolve delivery or order queries
Stock control and quality
*
Identifying damaged, expired, or defective products and isolating correctly
*
Reporting discrepancies or stock issues to management promptly
*
Picking and packing orders accurately in line with company procedures
*
Ensuring pharmacy orders are packed correctly to maintain product integrity
*
Handling temperature sensitive and controlled products where required
*
Completing stock takes, cycle counts, and inventory checks
*
Carrying out warehouse and quality related administrative tasks
Health, safety, and compliance
*
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
*
Participating in scheduled cleaning and deep clean activities
*
Following all company procedures, policies, and health and safety guidelines
*
Supporting investigations into errors, deviations, or quality issues
*
Working in line with MHRA and other regulatory requirements

Supporting the training and onboarding of new team members

Attending all required training sessions

Essential requirements
*
Previous experience in a pharmacy, dispensary, or pharmaceutical warehouse
*
Strong background in booking in, order processing, and stock control
*
Confident using computer systems and stock management software
*
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
*
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
*
Physically capable of manual handling tasks
