Dispute Resolution Solicitor
Location: Worcester
Salary: Up to £70,000 (DOE)
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (initial on-site expectation)
About the Role
A leading national law firm with a strong presence across England and Wales is seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its established litigation team in Worcester. The firm is recognised for delivering high-quality legal advice to businesses, organisations and private individuals across a wide range of sectors. With a long-standing presence in Worcester and deep connections within the local business community, the firm provides trusted legal advice to regional and national clients alike.
This opportunity offers exposure to a broad and varied disputes caseload within a highly collaborative team. The department works with commercial clients, business owners and individuals on complex disputes, providing pragmatic and commercially focused advice throughout the litigation process.
The role will involve:
* Managing a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters
* Advising on commercial and contractual disputes
* Handling property litigation including landlord and tenant matters
* Supporting contentious probate and trust disputes where required
* Drafting pleadings, witness statements and legal documentation
* Representing clients through negotiation, mediation and litigation processes
* Working closely with colleagues across other practice areas to deliver integrated advice
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Be a qualified Solicitor with experience in dispute resolution or commercial litigation
* Have strong technical knowledge and litigation case management skills
* Demonstrate excellent communication and client relationship abilities
* Be comfortable managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
* Show a proactive approach to client development and business growth
